Love Day

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I played with my Noel Mignon Charm School kit a bit more this past week and have a new page to share with you today. I also created a sketch to go along with this page, and have included it below, as well.

Included inside the Noel Mignon Charm School kit were these ADORABLE heart-shaped gumdrop brads by We R Memory Keepers. They are so much fun! They are sparkly, bumpy, and look good enough to eat. I knew instantly that when I used them, I wanted to make them the star of the page, and so that is where my design began. 🙂

I placed each brad on its own layered circle and scattered them down one side of my page, . . . kind of like gently falling valentine snowflakes. Hehehe!

LOVE the bumpy texture of this paper by Pebbles, Inc. Both the large pink dots and the small red dots are embossed. I love running my fingers across this paper. LOTS of fun texture happening on this page!

The chipboard letters are by Scrapworks (no longer in business) and have been patiently waiting for me to use them up! LOVE their chip letters and could never purge them from my stash. I’m glad I didn’t. I still love the font and I think they work perfectly as a title going up the side of my photo. Noel has a few sets left in her store HERE, if you want to nab a set for yourself. They are awesome and don’t “shed” glitter everywhere. 🙂
