This week on the Noel Mignon blog we are scraplifting the Noel Mignon members. I used the February 2014 Book of Love kit to create this Valentine’s Day page using a page by member, Lindsey Dixon, as my inspiration.

In the top left corner of my layout, I used a banner punch by EK Success to create a pennant from a 3×4 card (gray). I layered it along with a couple of banner stickers from the kit, stitched over the top of all three pennants, and then added a die cut paper doll banner. This cut file comes from the Christmas Cookie Party SVG Collection by SVG Cuts.

After cutting my strips for my page, I cut matching elements from the paper scraps to pop up on top of the paper designs.

For the title, I used another cut file by SVG Cuts. The XOXO title is actually a cupcake topper from the Valentine Cupcake Wrappers SVG Collection. I embossed the letters with my trusty Swiss Dots embossing folder.
