This past week I’ve been creating lots of projects to get ready to go with Lisa Bearnson to HSN for the October 7th 24-Hour Craft Day. I LOVE being there on Craft Day! There is so much buzz and excitement and everyone there is so friendly. And Lisa will be selling all kinds of SUPER FUN products … I’ve had such a BLAST creating with them these past few weeks!
If you haven’t stopped by Lisa’s Blog this week, HURRY ON OVER! All this week she has been giving away lots of goodies. You don’t want to miss out! You can enter every day this week. The winners for Lisa’s giveaways will be announced on Monday.
One product I’m particularly excited about is the Holiday Nifty Gifties. I designed it! 😀 😀 😀 A big THANK YOU to Lisa for this opportunity … I had so much fun putting it together. To celebrate the Holiday Nifty Gifties debut, I have TWO SETS that I would like to giveaway to YOU, my readers. Be sure to check out the bottom of this post for instructions on how to enter.
Here’s a look at the entire kit. Inside you will find all the pieces and goodies you need to create 25 gift holders; 5 of 5 different styles. Give a gift card, money, or a check with flair! The recipient still has all the fun of opening a special gift, and they still get exactly what they want. Think gifts for teachers, co-workers, your hairdresser, the mailman, teenagers, kids, your spouse, neighbors, clients (insert your business card) … These will come in so handy this holiday season! But if you don’t want to use them as gift holders, just use them as unique cards. There are 25 note cards included to go with each card … AND there are envelopes for every style. Heck! You could even use these as the clue holders for a memorable holiday scavenger hunt!
Almost every chipboard piece included in this kit has glitter or red foil on it … I wanted these babies to SPARKLE whenever the holiday lights danced on them. Won’t they look magical under the Christmas tree?!
Here’s a peek at each of the styles in the kit.
This first one is a tag, but at the same time it’s a pouch to hold your gift card … to add an element of surprise the tag slides into a pouch. The pouch fits snug and won’t fall off as you are transferring your packages to and fro. I think these would also be really cute to hang on the tree as a gift that the kids have to hunt for on Christmas morning. 😀
The next style is one of my favorites … it’s a mini Christmas present! Slide the ribbon off of the package, open the lid, and slide out the “gift” inside.
This next one is a tri-fold style that offers two spots for you to fill. Slide a handwritten note in one spot, and then use the other spot for your gift card, coupons, etc.
Next up is an adorable set of string-tie envelopes. The kit includes everything you need to put together all 5 styles, even the baker’s twine and brads.
The last design is another favorite, a matchbook style card! These fit inside a 5″ x 7″ envelope when closed (included in the kit) and are a blast to decorate and give.
Thank you for celebrating with me and letting me do a bit of show-and-tell. I’m really happy with how this set turned out! And I hope you like it, too! If you’d like a set for yourself, you can find them on HSN.com RIGHT HERE for $24.95. Also, be sure to watch the HSN presentation of this product with Lisa Bearnson on October 7th at 8:00 pm ET.
