I really enjoyed making this one! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve made anything for babies! 😀 I decided to make a series of stacked gift boxes that you could fill with little goodies for the baby, and then can be displayed in his nursery afterwards. Here’s a look!
BABY BOY STACKED GIFT BOX BLOCKS
I created the blocks from Kraft Designer Cardstock using my electronic cutting machine. Next, I selected a mix of fun papers from the It’s A Boy 6×6 Paper Pad and Dots & Stripes Paper Pad. The scale of these patterns are PERFECT for a project like this!
Each panel of each block is decorated with a little scene or vignette.I used a mixture of stickers, die cuts, chipboard, and embossed cardstock to make each one come alive with dimension.
The stuffed animal shapes in this collection are especially cute! Baby will have so much fun learning each of the animals names. I couldn’t resist tying a little bow around each of their necks.
Even the stars feel like they are twinkling with the addition of shiny enamel dots.
As an added bonus, the tops of each block open easily, so that mom and dad can store a few extra cotton balls or cotton swabs inside.
