Noel Mignon: Happy Kids

This week on the Noel Mignon Blog we are incorporating buttons, bows and stitching on our projects. Here is the page I came up with using the Buttons & Bows Classic Kit.

I’m happy to say I incorporated all three elements onto this page: the buttons and bows are adorning the tops of the fussy-cut embroidery hoops, and the stitching is represented in the stitched patterns of the patterned paper and embroidery hoops (I think that counts, don’t you?! Ha!)

The title was created by fussy-cutting the word “Happy” from a Pink Paislee paper that came in the kit. I then combined that word with the super-cute floral letter stickers by Fancy Pants Designs.

I did pull in one of the journaling cards from the Buttons & Bows Daily Diary kit, along with the “Hello” word sticker, but I’m sure you can find something similar in your stash if you didn’t happen to grab the Dialy Diary kit this month.

I’m so happy with how this one came together. The colors are subtle and sweet, allowing the photos to really POP off the page and be the center of attention.

Give our challenge a try! On your next project, try incorporating buttons, bows, or stitching!

Happy Scrapping!
