Christmas Delivery Details 2 Enjoy Frame & a GIVEAWAY!

This week I have been working on getting our holiday decorations up all over the house. The Christmas music is blasting and the holiday ambiance is in full swing … I LOVE it!

This year, I added a new decoration to our decor … this darling Pocket Frame by Details 2 Enjoy!

Details 2 Enjoy were generous enough to send a few of us on the Echo Park Design Team a frame to play with. I received the Size C Pocket Frame … perfect for using with 12×12 scrapbook paper!

What is so cool about these frames? They are a shadow frame of sorts … the top piece of the frame is attached with magnets. You remove it to reveal two panels that slide in and out. These panels can be changed out whenever your heart desires … making these so much fun to decorate for seasons, holidays, different color schemes, etc.

I began my project by painting the frame with gold acrylic paint.

Next, I used the Carta Bella Christmas Delivery collection to decorate my frame.

I covered the inside panel with the dark green Border Strips paper with it’s pine pattern. Next, I used my Silhouette Cameo 3 to cut out the sentiment (Merry and Bright by Kristen Magee, Design #98879) in two papers; Natural White Linen Designer Cardstock and the red tone-on-tone pattern of the Black & Cream Plaid paper.

For the top hexagon shaped panel, I covered it in the beautiful Festive Florals paper . Then I used strips of the red Black & Cream Plaid paper to add a border to the hexagon opening.

The poinsettia flower was cut with my Silhouette Cameo 3 using an Echo Park Paper shape from the Silhouette Design Store (Poinsettia Design #48509). I cut the flower from the red side of the Black & Cream Plaid paper and the Scarlet Red Felt Designer Cardstock.

I spritzed the red flower shapes with dark red Glimmer Mist to give them a bit of a sheen. This will look so pretty in the twinkling Christmas lights at night, right?!

The leaves were cut from the green side of the Festive Florals paper.

I also cut several pine branches from Classic Green Felt Designer Cardstock using the Joyful Pine Die Set. I LOVE this die!!! It’s a must have for any Christmas project!
