Are you looking for something simple and sweet for your Easter Dinner table? Today I’m sharing a fun Easter project on the Echo Park Paper Blog using the Dots & Stripes Gold Stripes collection.
I love the soft colors of these papers and knew they would be perfect for creating favor boxes for Easter. The bunny shape of this cut file has the “wow-factor,” but is easy to put together. I love projects like that!
I cut the bunny box from the Tan, Pink, and Mint Striped papers using my electronic cutting machine. The inside of the ears were cut from the solid side of the Lt. Pink Gold Foil Stripe paper and then embossed with the Sunny Dots Embossing Folder.
Next, I pulled out various metal die sets for the fun part … decorating the ears! I used the solid sides of the paper to cut all of the shapes.
First, I added a die cut bow using the Mini 3D Bow metal die set.
To the center of the bow, I created a sweet little flower using the Flower #3 Die Set. Then, I added a monogrammed tag using the Lindsay Uppercase Alphabet and Rounded Tag Die Sets.
The look so sweet all stacked together on a pretty tray! Perfect for my Easter dinner table!
