Hello, Friends! I remember being a young mother and the struggle it was to get a baby or toddler to sleep. The last thing I wanted was a package delivery person to ring the doorbell and undo all of my hard work. Haha! Today’s project will solve that problem for you! It is a Baby Sleeping Door Hanger! Simply hang it on your doorknob when your child is sleeping and visitors will know to knock, instead of pressing the doorbell.
BABY SLEEPING DOOR HANGER
I cut the door hanger shape out using my Silhouette Cameo machine and then decorated it with the ADORABLE Carta Bella Paper Rock-A-Bye Boy collection. (To see a short video of this doorhanger coming together, check out the Echo Park Instagram account HERE.)
I cut out the cow from the 4×6 Journaling Card paper and then used the opposite Ledger patterned side for the background.
The moon was cut from the Fall is in the Air 6×6 paper pad using the Little Star Die Set. I added the Enamel Dots to the stars for a bit of fun! The “Dream Big Little One” banner and “B-A-B-Y” letters are both from the Element Sticker sheet. Everything is anchored on a die cut label (Stitched Label Nesting Die) cut form the Ultra White Felt Cardstock.
