Happy Fall, friends! The minute the weather turns cool my family and I start craving pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. We always make several batches; some of the batches are for us to eat, but then we also like to make additional batches to take to our friends in the neighborhood.
This year I used the A Perfect Autumn collection by Echo Park Paper
to create a darling tote to package up our muffins. The tote fits 9 muffins stacked in three rows inside a cellophane bag perfectly, and is sooo much cuter than a zip-top bag!
I created a tag for this bag by trimming one of the 3×4 Journaling Cards
to a smaller size. I then notched the top two corners to create a tag shape.
I varied each bag a bit by using different tags and elements to accent the die cut pumpkins and leaves. On the polka dotted bag, I fussy-cut the word “FALL” from one of the 3×4 cut apart Journaling Cards
Next, I added the squirrel and leaf sticker from the Element Stickers
. I used a small chipboard circle with an acorn to accent the squirrel and added a sprinkling of brads
above his head for some dimension.
Don’t those muffins look delicious peeking out!
