Yesterday I shared a scrapbook page using the Apple Cider collection by October Afternoon. I love the unique color combination of this set!
CASCADE CUTIE
The day we went on this fall drive, my daughter wore a pink and blue shirt. Not exactly fall colors, but with this collection it works!
I really love the fall trees in this collection. I decided to fussy-cut three of them out and build a little forest around my photos.
I also fussy-cut out this “Hello Fall” wood slice shape to use as a subtitle at the top of the page. The pumpkins were also fussy-cut from a cut-apart card.
I’m still trying to make use of all of the alphabets hanging out in my stash. These yellow chipboard letters are from Cosmo Cricket and the stitched red letters are from a set of American Crafts Thickers. I think the faux stitching is the perfect touch for a fall page!
The puffy sticker squirrels were the perfect size to add next to my trees and pumpkins!
The band of colorful patterned paper at the top of the page ties the colors in the photos together with the rest of the elements and fall colors on the page.
Thanks for coming by! I hope you do something fun this weekend!
