While I am not a coffee drinker, I couldn’t WAIT to play with the new Echo Park Paper Coffee collection. Just look at the beautiful rich colors and gorgeous florals! Swoon!
Today’s page features this amazing collection and I have a process video to go with it. You can watch and hear about my design decisions below. Or … if you’d prefer … you can just scroll down to the still shots and supply list at the bottom of this post. Either way, I hope you find some inspiration! 🙂
BIRTHDAY LUNCH DATE
I created my own embellishments for this page using the Coffee 6×6 Paper Pad, gold foil paper, and butterfly punches from my stash.
Do you love the florals in this collection as much as I do? I fussy cut clusters from both the 4×4 Journaling Cards Paper (the cluster by the photos), as well as from the Wake Up and Smell the Flowers Paper (Buy two of this one, because you are going to love the gingham side just as much!). The peach floral paper is called I Like Big Cups (haha! Cute name!).
I love the way the gold mist looks on the buffalo check of the 4×6 Journaling Cards Paper!
I used Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine, which is hard to find these days. But the Bronze Tim Holtz mist looks like a good one! The reviews at Scrapbook.com says it is more of a gold color than a bronze color … and after watching the video on the product page, I think they are right!
If you can’t find tiny letter stickers that match your page in your stash, try creating your own like I did here. I simply used a mini alphabet stamp set along with a circle punch. It worked great! I definitely need to do this more often!
The small photo frame, letter board layer piece (behind the larger photo), and the curvy piece behind the right side of the flowers all come from the Coffee Ephemera pack.
Thanks for coming by today! I hope you are having a great week!
