Noel Mignon: Fall

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday this weekend in the USA, I want to take this opportunity to tell all of you how THANKFUL I am for YOU! Thank you for reading my posts, your kinds comments, support, and for inspiring me to keep creating. I love the online scrapbook community! You are all just such lovely people! Thank you for being a part of my life. 😀

Over the next few days I’m working on posting the remainder of the Fall themed projects I have created this year (although, in reality, you might still see a few trickle in here-and-there over the next week) before tackling my holiday crafting.

Today I am up on the Noel Mignon blog with a two-page layout featuring the November All Fall Classic and All Fall Daily Diary kits. I also created a process video that is listed below, if you would like to see how this page came together.

Here is a closer look at some of the details of the left side of the layout.

I had so much fun fussy-cutting out the leaves from the Pretty Little Studio “Oakley Avenue” vellum paper. They looked so cute scattered at the feet of my forest friends.

I cut the title on my Silhouette Cameo machine using the cut file “Fall by Loni Stevens” (Design #15233) from the Silhouette Design Store. I embossed it using the Woodgrain 5×7 embossing folder by Darice.

And now for the right side of this page spread …

Of course I have to add a little bit of aqua to every page I do! I adore this flair badge from Pretty Little Studio!

And how cute is this little fox from the Echo Park Fall is in the Air collection. I cut him out of the 3×4 cut apart sheet included with the All Fall Daily Diary Kit.

Mr. Hedgie, by Simple Stories, makes his home in the top right corner of the page. I added more leaves, a script word sticker, heart stickers, and a couple of sparkly decorative brads.

Thanks so much for coming by! I hope you leave feeling inspired to create something fun!

Noel Mignon: Pumpkin Patch Pocket Page

This week I combine the Noel Mignon All Fall Classic Kit and All Fall Daily Diary kit together on this 3-page pocket spread of my family’s visit to the pumpkin patch last year. I love how this one came together!

I love when Noel includes Simple Stories in her kits because they are definitely one of my favorite companies! I pulled out all of the Hello Fall elements and combined them together on these pages.

I just love the colors, patterns, typography, and icons in this set! The “Grateful” die cut made the perfect title!

I used more die cuts on the cards towards the bottom of the page. How cute is that little fox circle … and the leaves?! Ack! I also couldn’t get enough of the phrase stickers. I used a combination of the Pebbles phrase stickers from this month’s kit along with the Simple Stories phrase stickers that were included on the large 12×12 sticker sheet of last month’s Falloween Daily Diary kit.

More die cuts and goodies over on the other side of the spread!

I created a little cluster on the corner of each photo at the top of the page using the die cuts, phrase stickers, and those adorable patterned orange buttons from the All Fall Classic kit!

Some Simple Stories element stickers (Oct. Falloween Daily Diary kit) adorn two of the photos at the bottom of the page.

The journaling cards gets a little dimension with a wood button from last month’s kit and another one of those darling patterned Queen & Co. buttons from this month’s kit.

The Simple Stories fun continues on the third page of this spread.

Enamel dots are the perfect little dimensional accent for the 4×6 quote card.

I pulled in a bit of the Echo Park plaid washi tape (last month’s kit) to add some pattern to the bottom of a couple of the photos. A few die cuts and orange buttons clustered together round things out.

Finally, I had fun creating my own large journaling card for this one. I trimmed down a notebook patterned card I had in my stash and adhered it to the patterned side of one of the 4×6 journaling cards. Next, I decorated the top and bottom of the card with a few die cuts and Simple Stories stickers … and of course another button!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you are having a creative week!

Noel Mignon: Remember with a Process Video

Happy Thursday, friends! Yesterday, I shared a layout on the Noel Mignon blog using the November “All Fall” Kits. I waited until today to post my page on my personal blog, so that I could finish up a process video, in case you’d like to see how it all came together. (Scroll down a little bit to find the video.)

Our challenge this week is called the “Pumpkin Patch” challenge … where we are to use patches of pattern and stitching on our project. I used the 2×2 squares from the Daily Diary kit as my patches of pattern and then added stitching around the other layers.

Here is the video!

And here is a closer look at some of the details.

I pulled in the mushroom rubber charm and the gingham flower from last month’s “Falloween” kits. They worked great here and I was happy to get them used up!

A couple of butterflies to signify friendship …

And a title created using the Heidi Swapp stamp included with the kit.

Thanks for joining me!

I Love Fall! Scrapbook Page

I’m still creating with my October Noel Mignon “Falloween” kits and having a ball! But, the gorgeous November “All Fall” kits are calling my name, too. I’ll share this last “Falloween” page today, but will be back with lots of “All Fall” inspiration throughout the rest of this month.

The I Love Fall chipboard stickers have got to be one of my favorite fall products this year. Those cute little critters are just too much fun! I feature the bear, the banner, and a cute quote on this page today.

I used a cream cardstock background for this page and then layered up the Carta Bella Autumn leaf/stripe paper along with the brown Echo Park “I Love Fall” paper and plaid washi tape along the bottom.

The banner made the perfect title for this page and looks so cute strung across my column of photos. I added in a couple of leaf chip stickers to make it a tad bit longer.

To the left of my photos I added my journaling, printed on cream cardstock and cut into strips. I love the look of journal strips on a page …even when they are tone-on-tone, and it is something I have been doing a lot of lately.

At the top of the journaling I added a few phrase stickers by Simple Stories and Echo Park Paper “I Love Fall” enamel dots.

The cute little bear has a home at the bottom of my page. I created a little scene using a combination of the Simple Stories stickers (from the Falloween Daily Diary Kit) and the Echo Park Chipboard stickers (from the Falloween Classic Kit). They work perfectly together!

This is my favorite time of year to make memories with my family and my favorite time of year to scrapbook! It reminds me that I need to take a lot of pictures THIS year so I can have scrapping them with the new stuff I’ll want to buy next year, right?!

What have *you* been doing to celebrate the season?
