Close to My Heart: Hippo Club Adventure

I hope you have enjoyed the process videos I have been posting this week using the Close to My Heart “Craft with Heart” subscription kits. This is my final one for the month, but I will definitely be back in April with the April kit.

My teens were itching for summer, even though it was early April, and were BEGGING me to go buy them a teeny-tiny, plastic kiddie pool. They came up with every story in the book to try to convince me, but their main reason is that they wanted to start a Hippo Club. What?! What goof balls! I told them if they wanted a pool, they would have to go and get it themselves.

I guess they REALLY wanted that pool, because they walked the 2+ miles to the store to purchase it, and then walked home with it. Ha!

Close to My Heart: Last Day

Happy Friday! I’ve been working with the February Craft with Heart kit by Close to My Heart.

The thing I love most about these kits is that the designs are versatile enough to work with just about any photo configuration. Even though the photos on the sample page were different than what I was working with, I was able to adjust the design to work for me.

Close to My Heart: Every Day

Hello! I’ve been playing with the February 2019 Craft with Heart subscription kit by Close to My Heart this past week. (Click HERE to go to the Close to My Heart webpage for more information about the Craft with Heart kits.)

Each kit includes the pieces to create two double-page layouts; however, for this page, I am going to adjust one of the layouts and convert it into a single page layout.
